Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing or using ssdbtech.com, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). SSDB Tech Services, Inc. ("SSDB Tech") may update this AUP from time to time, with material changes posted here and reflected in the "Last updated" date.

1. Permitted use

ssdbtech.com is provided to help prospective and current clients, partners, candidates, and members of the public learn about SSDB Tech's services, engage with our content, submit inquiries, and — where applicable — apply for open roles. You may access and use the website for these lawful business and informational purposes.

2. Prohibited conduct

You agree that you will not — and will not permit or facilitate any third party to — engage in any of the following in connection with ssdbtech.com:

2.1 Unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions program, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights).
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group; incite violence; or promote unlawful conduct.
• Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the website, including recruitment or contact forms.

2.2 Security violations

• Attempt to access any portion of the website, related systems, or data that you are not authorized to access, including through credential-stuffing, brute force, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
• Introduce malware, viruses, worms, or any other harmful code; disable, damage, or overburden the website; interfere with hosting infrastructure.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the website or measures preventing or restricting use of content.
• Conduct penetration testing or vulnerability scanning against ssdbtech.com without prior written authorization from SSDB Tech. Coordinated good-faith reports are welcome via our Security Policy.

2.3 Automated access and scraping

• Use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access, extract, index, or copy content beyond ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt.
• Extract, collect, or harvest content from ssdbtech.com for the purpose of training or fine-tuning machine learning or artificial intelligence models, without SSDB Tech's prior written consent.
• Submit automated or programmatic requests to our contact, inquiry, assessment, newsletter, or careers forms; each submission must be initiated by an individual with a genuine business purpose.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, CAPTCHAs, or similar protective measures.

2.4 Content and communications

• Send unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or bulk messages of any kind using contact channels obtained from ssdbtech.com.
• Submit through any form content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Submit content containing personally identifiable information about third parties without a lawful basis to share that information with us.

2.5 Intellectual property

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, or create derivative works of any content from ssdbtech.com, except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law (for example, limited quotation for editorial or journalistic purposes with attribution).
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use SSDB Tech's names, logos, or trademarks (including "SSDB Tech" and "Core") without our prior written permission.

3. Fair use of interactive tools

SSDB Tech provides certain interactive tools on ssdbtech.com — including the Enterprise Technology Readiness Assessment — free of charge and in good faith. You agree to use these tools for legitimate business inquiry only, not to overwhelm, benchmark competitively, or replicate our tooling. We may apply reasonable rate limits, filters, or CAPTCHA challenges to protect availability for all users.

4. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any actual or suspected violation of this Policy, please report it to legal@ssdbtech.com. Security vulnerabilities should be reported via security@ssdbtech.com in accordance with our Security Policy.

5. Enforcement

SSDB Tech may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate the law. Without limiting any other remedies available to us, and with or without prior notice, we may:

• Warn the user, block IP addresses or user agents, or apply technical restrictions.
• Remove or refuse to process content or form submissions that violate this Policy.
• Suspend or terminate access to ssdbtech.com and any interactive tools.
• Pursue any legal or equitable remedy available, including injunctive relief, damages, and cost recovery.
• Report the violation to law enforcement or applicable regulators, and disclose your information as required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.

6. No obligation to monitor

SSDB Tech has no obligation to monitor use of ssdbtech.com, but we reserve the right to do so and to review, screen, or remove content submitted to the website at our sole discretion.

7. Relationship to other agreements

This Policy operates alongside our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Security Policy. If you are a client of SSDB Tech, your executed master services agreement, statement of work, or Data Processing Addendum will govern the terms of that engagement and, to the extent of any conflict with this Policy in the context of that engagement, will prevail.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
