Sunil S

Founder & CEO

Sunil founded SSDB Tech to build a software services firm that behaves like a delivery partner — one that shows up when the work gets hard and stays until the problem is solved. As CEO he sets the technical direction, oversees engagements in regulated industries, and works alongside clients on the architecture decisions that actually matter.

His day-to-day is practical: growing a team that keeps its commitments, expanding into markets that reward deep engineering, and making sure the company scales without losing the discipline that makes clients choose to renew.

Julius S

Director · Technical

Julius runs the Technical side of SSDB Tech. He owns the architecture behind the company's engagements and the CORE platform, and sets the engineering standards the delivery teams work to — the code review discipline, the deployment pipelines, and the security posture that keeps regulated engagements out of trouble.

His depth is in cloud-native systems that need to handle real throughput without falling over, and in the SecOps practices that let them run in regulated environments. Day to day, that translates into microservices that stay decoupled, APIs that stay stable through change, and automation that removes the manual steps between commit and production.

Director · Delivery

Mayank leads Delivery. He has spent 26 years in the room with CXOs — hearing the operational problem underneath the strategy, and turning it into a scope, a team, and a delivery plan the business will still recognize six months in.

His background is an MBA with a technology bent, sharpened by client engagements across automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, warehousing, education, and legal services. That range gives him working fluency across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations — the four functions where most enterprise delivery lives. Lately his focus is on where AI genuinely tightens the work: sharper solution design, faster discovery, and estimates that hold up when the project actually starts.
